TO GO WITH AFP STORY IN FRENCH BY DAVID YOUAN — The fins of the shark are dried and then sold for 32,000 African francs (50 euros) per kilo to Senegalese of Guyanese wholesale dealers, then exported to Asian countries, notably China and Japan.
