Election Results: One Of Three Fracking Referendums Passes

Three Pennsylvania communities held referendums today on whether or not to ban fracking within their borders. According to Pipeline, only State College’s measure passed.
Referendums in Peters Township, Washington County; and Warren, Warren County both failed.
