"Cold And Cranky" In Bucks County

PhillyBurbs checks in with a pocket of Bucks County where, as of Friday, people were still waiting for power to return after Superstorm Sandy knocked it out:
Hundreds of Upper Bucks residents are preparing for another day without power.
For about 400 Tinicum homeowners, Thursday marked Day 11 without electricity.
Since Hurricane Sandy struck Oct. 29, life has yet to return to normal in this community.
Township officials are frustrated with Met-Ed as they are told nearly each day that power will be restored in full to its 2,200 residents, but another day goes by without heat, lights and water.
“Our residents are cold and cranky,” said Tinicum township Manager Linda McNeill.
