#MSCPhilly – The Marcellus Shale Coalition's "Shale Gas Insight" Conference

Good morning from Philadelphia.
I’m sitting in the Philadelphia Convention Center’s main ballroom, listening to former Governor Tom Ridge give the kickoff address at the Marcellus Shale Coalition’s “Shale Gas Insight” conference. His early argument – the United States has no energy policy. “It’s a mirage,” Ridge says.
