Earl Sears

Oklahoma House of Representatives

Earl Sears, R-Bartlesville, is the chairman of the House Appropriations and Budget Committee.

Sears also co-chairs the Joint Committee on Budget and Appropriations with Rep. Scott Martin, R-Norman.

Sears was a vocal member of the Task Force on State Tax Credits and Economic Incentives and supports efforts to reduce Oklahoma’s personal income tax.
