PHILADELPHIA, : Workers pull audio and video cables across an overpass built in the parking lot of the First Union Center 22 July 2000 in Philadelphia, site of the 2000 Republican National Convention. In the background is the skyline of downtown Philadelphia, about 2 miles from the convention center.
