Read the House GOP Impact Fee Bill: HB 1950

Here’s the full House Repub­li­can impact fee: House Bill 1950, spon­sored by Rep­re­sen­ta­tive Brian Ellis. The mea­sure passed the House Finance Com­mit­tee on a party-line vote this morn­ing. a House Repub­li­can spokesman says the full cham­ber will vote on it this year.

    I am a reg­is­tered repub­li­can in Pitts­burgh and this is just another tax to the com­pa­nies and peo­ple of PA. So I plan on vot­ing out all who vote for this bill and all the wrote this bill that is my only POWER

    I own a farm with a Emi­nent Domain Pub­lic Water Well. These fools have just taken away my prop­erty  and min­eral rights with their spac­ing require­ments. Their not smart enough to even under­stand this bill. Party line vot­ing.  The hell with Brian Ellis and the rest of his cronies.
