    Federally-created exchanges will still be able to offer subsidies. The idea that they won’t is based on word games and wishful thinking by enemies of reform. It was in no way the intention of Congress to limit credits to state-run exchanges, and the IRS has already ruled that participants in federal exchanges will be able to receive tax credits.

    What’s especially offensive about this tactic is that critics of health reform have gone beyond saying it won’t work and are now actively trying to sabotage the health care system, just for a political win. It’s despicable.
