Gov. Mary Fallin’s State of the State address is Monday, and we’ll be live-blogging from the Capitol.

The governor’s address marks the start of this year’s legislative session.

Fallin will use Monday’s address to outline her funding priorities and reveal details of her “bold” plan to reduce Oklahoma’s personal income tax.
