Senate Passes Impact Fee On 31-19 Vote

A natural gas drilling impact fee is now one step away from Governor Corbett’s desk.
The Senate approved the wide-ranging measure this morning on a 31-19 vote. The House is expected to vote on the bill later today or tomorrow. In his Budget Address, Corbett told legislators he looks forward to signing the bill into law.
