People are in and out all day ready to shoot the breeze.<\/p>\n<p>So on StateImpact Texas\u2019 reporting trip to the Permian Basin, KUT\u2019s Mose Buchele stopped into<br \/>\n&#8220;The Barbershop&#8221; on Dixie Avenue in Odessa.
