Shell, Kinder Morgan to Build LNG Export Facility at Georgia Import Terminal

The proposed export terminal would need approval from the Department of Energy, which is looking at dozens of LNG export projects.

Shell and Kinder Morgan on Monday announced plans to jointly build a plant for exporting natural gas, marking the latest venture aiming to take advantage of high Asian and European prices for the fossil fuel.
