Mary Fallin, <em>The Oklahoman<\/em> reports.<\/p><\/blockquote><p><!--more--><\/p><p>Other state revenue estimates were off, and <a href=\"http:\/\/stateimpact.npr.org\/oklahoma\/2012\/02\/17\/oklahoma-gets-more-spending-money-but-an-energy-industry-allowance-doubles\/\">not in a good way<\/a>. Natural gas prices are low, and anticipated revenues from related gross production taxes have been cut by almost $87 million.<\/p><p>And some tax breaks to the oil and gas industry have more than doubled, which will cost the state about $48 million.<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed-documentcloud\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<div class=\"DC-embed DC-embed-document DV-container\">\n<div style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:129.4444444444444%;height:0;overflow:hidden;max-width:100%;\"> <iframe src=\"\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/296818-boe02212012.html?embed=true&responsive=false&sidebar=false\" title=\"Proposed FY-2013 Revenue Certification (Hosted by DocumentCloud)\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-forms\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;border:1px solid #aaa;border-bottom:0;box-sizing:border-box;\"><\/iframe> <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><p>The $6.6 billion fiscal year 2013 budget is a 2.6 percent increase over last year\u2019s budget.
