Mary Fallin will release her income tax reduction plan and executive budget Monday during the State of the State Address.<\/p>\n<\/div><p>The plan will be unveiled at Monday\u2019s State of the State address, which opens this year\u2019s legislative session.<\/p><p>Fallin told reporters at an Associated Press-sponsored legislative forum that the revenue neutral plan would <a href=\"http:\/\/kosu.org\/2012\/02\/dissecting-oks-tax-code\/\">simplify<\/a> the state\u2019s tax code and bring tax cuts for most Oklahomans.<\/p><p>The governor said it was \u201ca bold and history-making <a href=\"http:\/\/stateimpact.npr.org\/oklahoma\/2011\/12\/08\/gov-mary-fallins-income-tax-goal-around-3-percent\/\">tax plan<\/a>\u201d that would gradually reduce the state\u2019s personal <a href=\"http:\/\/stateimpact.npr.org\/oklahoma\/tag\/income-tax\/\">income tax<\/a> and reduce the number of income tax brackets to three from seven, <em>The Oklahoman<\/em> <a href=\"http:\/\/newsok.com\/fallin-to-propose-bold-plan-to-reduce-oklahomas-personal-income-tax-rate\/article\/3645548\">reports<\/a>.<\/p><p><!--more--><\/p><p>Reducing tax credits \u2014 details of which she said would come Monday \u2014 would partially offset the lost revenue.
