The Oklahoma Attorney General\u2019s office isn\u2019t saying much. Spokeswoman Diane Clay would only tell StateImpact \u201cthe parties expect the stay to be extended.\u201d<\/p><p><a title=\"ReutersLink\" href=\"http:\/\/newsandinsight.thomsonreuters.com\/Legal\/News\/2011\/08_-_August\/Indian_tribes_file_suit_over_Oklahoma_water_rights\/\" target=\"_blank\">At issue<\/a> is whether the state or tribal governments control water across 22 southeastern Oklahoma counties.
