The crew count has now\u00a0ballooned\u00a0to 850 workers, the <em>Journal Record<\/em>&#8216;s <a href=\"http:\/\/journalrecord.com\/2013\/01\/04\/transcanada-makes-progress-on-pipeline-energy\/\">D. Ray Tuttle reports<\/a>.
