But one <a title=\"TulsaWorld Story\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tulsaworld.com\/news\/article.aspx?subjectid=334&articleid=20121104_11_A1_Vision630674\" target=\"_blank\">Oklahoma poll<\/a> was among those that missed the mark badly when, just days before the election, it showed Tulsa County&#8217;s Vision2 tax extension headed for victory.<\/p><p>Close to 60 percent of respondents said they were in favor of Arkansas River dam upgrades and a host of other quality-of-life projects. The airport improvements were also ahead.
