Rob Johnson (R-Kingfisher) was one of the authors of the resolution that led to State Question 759.<\/p>\n<\/div><p>Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court <a title=\"USA Today Article\" href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/nation\/2012\/10\/09\/supreme-court-affirmative-action\/1623487\/\" target=\"_blank\">heard oral arguments<\/a> in an affirmative action case that deals with the ability of the University of Texas to consider race when admitting students.<\/p><p>Oklahoma is in an affirmative action battle of its own, but this one will be decided by voters when they weigh in on <a title=\"Secretary of State link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sos.ok.gov\/documents\/questions\/759.pdf?5,2\" target=\"_blank\">State Question 759<\/a>.
