“TransCanada: Gulf Coast Pipeline Good to Go in 2014″

The southern segment of the Keystone XL pipeline, which runs through Oklahoma, will be operational by the first of the year, TransCanada officials said Thursday.

By the start of the new year, 700,000 barrels of crude oil will begin flowing through TransCanada’s Gulf Coast Pipeline from Cushing to Gulf Coast refineries, said Corey Goulet, TransCanada Keystone pipeline projects vice president, on Thursday.
