“Oklahoma AG to Appeal Court Ruling on Regional Haze”

Is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency infringing on the state’s authority in its effort to control sulfur dioxide emissions? A three-judge panel of the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has already said ‘no’.

Pruitt said Monday that he disagrees with the ruling and will ask for a hearing before the full appeals court in Denver.
