“Mustang Mayor Wants Storm Shelter in Every New Home”

Mustang Mayor Jay Adams says all new homes built in his city should have storms shelters, and wants to help with a rebate program. But the city council doesn’t know where the money would could come from.

Three weeks after the storm, Adams made two proposals at a city council meeting: one to require storm shelters in all new residential constructions, and one to look at starting a rebate program for the city’s existing homes.
