Ohio gets $10.8 million for getting low-income kids health care

For the fourth straight year, federal regulators have awarded Ohio millions in bonus money for its success in covering low-income children with tax-funded health insurance.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services announced yesterday that Ohio would receive $10.8 million. In all, 23 states were awarded a total of $307 million this year.
