A Quarter of Adults Have A Credential Other Than a College Degree, Census Shows

New data compiled by the U.S. Census Bureau show 50 million adults hold a license or certificate outside of a college degree. The data shed new light on adults who completed high school, but not college and the credentials they hold in the workforce. Inside Higher Ed reports the new information could have policy implications and shift the debate over the importance of earning a college degree.
