John Lynch for presiding over a state that sports &#8216;the highest business tax rate in the nation.'&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Telegraph refers to a <a href=\"http:\/\/stateimpact.npr.org\/new-hampshire\/2012\/05\/09\/survey-gives-nh-a-in-small-business-friendliness-but-with-a-catch\/\" target=\"_blank\">much-reported survey<\/a> from the Kauffman Foundation and Thumbtack.com \u2014 published May 8th \u2014 to suggest that New Hampshire is <em>already<\/em> one of the nation&#8217;s most business-friendly states.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>During the 2010 gubernatorial race, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhbr.com\/businesseconomics\/885123-271\/is-new-hampshire-business-friendly-or-not.html\" target=\"_blank\">New Hampshire Business Review<\/a> published a piece parsing the state&#8217;s business climate.
