The Labor Department <a href=\"http:\/\/labor.idaho.gov\/news\/NewsReleases\/tabid\/1953\/ctl\/PressRelease\/mid\/2527\/itemid\/2459\/Default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">reports<\/a> 15,000 people have exhausted all unemployment insurance benefits without finding a job.<\/p>\n<p>Fick says nearly all sectors of the economy contributed to July&#8217;s positive jobs news, keeping payrolls at above average levels.\u00a0 The one exception he says is in health care, where &#8220;the consolidation of medical providers appears to be increasing operating efficiency and reducing the need for some jobs.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ten Idaho counties are still experiencing <a href=\"http:\/\/labor.idaho.gov\/news\/NewsReleases\/tabid\/1953\/ctl\/PressRelease\/mid\/2527\/itemid\/2459\/Default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">double-digit unemployment rates<\/a>.\u00a0 The highest is 17.3 percent in Adams County.\u00a0 The lowest rate is in Oneida County at 4.2 percent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Almost 20,000 more Idahoans had jobs this July compared to last.
