Shanahan said.\u00a0 Currently, about 15 percent of Idahoans receive food stamps, which is right in line with the national average.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/healthandwelfare.idaho.gov\/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=gGPNlK8U83k%3d&amp;tabid=90&amp;mid=2550\">This analysis<\/a> from <em>The New York Times<\/em>&#8216;
