Daily, non-stop service from Boise to San Diego starts Nov. 1.<\/p>\n<p>Boise&#8217;s midsize airport has been <a href=\"https:\/\/stateimpact.npr.org\/idaho\/2012\/03\/20\/flight-cuts-hit-midsize-cities-as-they-try-for-a-turnaround\/\" target=\"_blank\">hit hard by flight cuts<\/a> over the last couple of years.
