He doesn&#8217;t want to be reached, and this is my last resort,&#8221; said Michael Bell Sr. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">In addition to the bad grades, Michael&#8217;s teachers told his parents he is a little bit too much of a class clown. &#8220;If you don&#8217;t do right then you get a lot of stuff taken from you,&#8221; said Michael.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div><!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Tampa&#8217;s Bay News 9 reports that the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cfnews13.com\/content\/news\/cfnews13\/news\/article.html\/content\/news\/articles\/bn9\/2012\/3\/11\/mother_flipping_mad_\">parents of a Lakeland middle school student<\/a> are not happy that a teacher forced him to wear a sign after he was out sick for the writing portion of the <a href=\"http:\/\/stateimpact.npr.org\/florida\/tag\/fcat\/\">Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The teacher made the student wear a sign that read: &#8220;I decided to come to school today but I didn&#8217;t come to school during the FCAT.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The teacher has since apologized to the student, writing she meant it to be a &#8220;friendly correction&#8221; and not to ridicule the student.<\/p>\n<p>The student provided a doctor&#8217;s note to the school for his absence.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s your reaction to these stories?
