Jeb Bush<\/a> started the Foundation for Excellence in Education to push new education policies &#8212; some of which were pioneered in Florida during Bush&#8217;s two terms.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.waltonfamilyfoundation.org\/\">The Walton Family Foundation<\/a> doled out $159 million in grants last year, according to the report.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stepupforstudents.org\/\">Step Up For Students<\/a>, the Tampa non-profit that administers the state&#8217;s private school scholarship program for low-income students received $1.23 million.
