A new year brings with it the potential of new learning, new skills, and new challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Are our kids learning what they need to in order to compete in the global job market of the future?<\/p>\n<p>WLRN&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/wlrn.org\/programs\/sunshine-economy\">Sunshine Economy<\/a> looked at the education industry with &#8220;Getting Schooled, Public Education in South Florida.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>StateImpact Florida reporter\u00a0Sammy Mack\u00a0co-hosted the program with <a href=\"http:\/\/wlrn.org\/people\/tom-hudson\">Tom Hudson<\/a>.
