Lawmakers and educators are trying to figure out whether every schoolchild should have a tablet or laptop computer, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fldoe.org\/fldlg\/pdf\/april11report.pdf\">as a state panel recommends<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At Holmes, the computers are XO laptops from the organization <a href=\"http:\/\/one.laptop.org\/\">One Laptop Per Child<\/a>.
