The panel will also consider security at colleges and universities.<\/p>\n<p>Policies vary from campus to campus. For now, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flsenate.gov\/Session\/Bill\/2011\/0234\/Analyses\/A5a4RSr8RCYEgvjiqBWagq\/IVqs=|7\/Public\/Bills\/0200-0299\/0234\/Analysis\/2011s0234.rc.PDF\">guns aren\u2019t allowed at colleges and universities<\/a>, even if the student has a concealed carry permit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/laws.flrules.org\/files\/Ch_2011-145.pdf\">The gun law that passed in 2011<\/a> was initially written to allow permit holders to carry guns on campus.
