Each finalist gets $150,000 in scholarships.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The 2012 finalists:<!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corona-Norco Unified School District in Southern California<\/li>\n<li>Houston Independent School District<\/li>\n<li>Miami-Dade County School District<\/li>\n<li>Palm Beach County School District<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Last year, Florida&#8217;s\u00a0Broward County was on the list of finalists for its third time. So was Miami-Dade, which has been a finalist four other times.
