New York State Getting Ready to Allow Fracking

New York has so far held out against drilling the Marcellus Shale. But this story says Gov. Cuomo is expected to announce details on lifting the states’ fracking moratorium after Labor Day. CBS has not named their source, which has lead some to believe it’s mere rumor.
