Decision on Transmission Line Through Delaware Water Gap Expected Soon

More than five years have passed since PPL Corp. of Allentown and New Jersey utility PSE&G announced plans to collaborate on the construction of a controversial transmission line that would allow Pennsylvania’s plentiful supply of relatively inexpensive electricity to flow directly into the heart of the power-hungry northeast corridor.
