Drill Bits: Upheaval Over District Lines; Republicans Push Back On Impact Fee

The big news in Penn­syl­va­nia gov­ern­ment, trump­ing all things shale: the State Supreme Court’s unprece­dented deci­sion to toss the new leg­isla­tive dis­trict bound­aries. Don’t expect much progress on the impact fee front over the next few days, as leg­isla­tive lead­ers scram­ble to draw new lines.
