Drill Bits: Pennsylvania’s First Natural Gas Power Plant, Eminent Domain, and Solar Tariffs

Post-Gazette: DEP has approved an air permit for the state’s first natural gas powered electricity plant in Bradford County.

Pittsburgh Tribune: Sunoco officials say the company may use eminent domain to build the pipeline needed to ship Marcellus shale gas from western Pa. to the former Sunoco plant in southwest Philadelphia.

Reuters: The U.S. has increased tariffs on Chinese solar panel companies, saying the Chinese benefit from state subsidies and are dumping panels in the U.S. market.
