Drill Bits: Impact Fee Data, And A Court Date
- Two important impact fee updates: as early as today, the Public Utility Commission will release information on how much money drillers have paid to the state. (Times-Tribune) We’ll post the data on StateImpact Pennsylvania as soon as we receive it.
- In the meantime, the state Supreme Court will hear arguments on the fee’s local zoning restrictions on October 17. The hearing will take place in Pittsburgh. (Post-Gazette)
