Drill Bits: Court Orders DEP To Turn Over Documents; Solar Panels On Ikea’s Roof

  • Commonwealth Court rules the Department of Environmental Protection must comply with a Times-Tribune Right-To-Know request. The paper is asking for letters DEP sent to people whose water wells were contaminated by nearby drilling. (Citizens Voice)
  • One of those people would probably be Michael Leighton, whose Leroy Township home has been facing methane migration problems for more than two months.
