Yes­ter­day, we reported the Cor­bett Admin­is­tra­tion slashed a sci­en­tific research program’s bud­get by nearly 70 per­cent. Depart­ment of Con­ser­va­tion and Nat­ural Resources offi­cials removed Mar­cel­lus Shale and cli­mate change-related stud­ies from a list of projects approved for state grants.
