City Administrator John Fawcett said D&R Demolition was to deliver the metal box to City Hall today, but it was not to be opened right away. “We’re going to be discussing an appropriate ceremony with the school superintendent and the Board of Education to handle it in some meaningful way someday in the near future,” Mr. Fawcett said.
