Cincinnati Public Schools on Wednesday unveiled a proposed 2011-2012 budget of $458.6 million, a 1.8 percent decrease from this year’s budget of $467 million.  No job cuts planned, but Treasurer Jonathan Boyd recommended the school board put a property tax levy on the November ballot.
