What Obama’s ‘No Child’ Waivers Say About The State Of The Union
With re-writes of the unpopular No Child Left Behind law stalled in Congress, President Obama could turn to the issue during his State of the Union address Tuesday night. It would be a logical step leading into a re-election campaign which might be driven as much by what Congress failed to do as it is by what the President managed to achieve during his last 4 years in office.
