“Idaho Power Gets Small Rate Hike; A Bigger One Waits In The Wings”

Idaho Power customers will see a slight increase in rates after approval of several rate adjustments approve by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. But a rate hike based on the cost to build a gas-fired generator plant near Caldwell — which could go as high at 7 percent — won’t be decided until next month.
