“Bieter Highlights Armory Renovation, Harris Ranch Developments In State Of The City Address”

Boise Mayor David Bieter gave his ninth State of the City address Tuesday at the Boise Centre. Two of his highlights were new developments in East Boise, as well as the renovation of a historic site, the Armory that has sat vacant for more than a decade in Boise’s East End.

The Terraces of Boise, a $68 million project that is expected to employ 150 people, will break ground in the Harris Ranch neighborhood east of Eckart Road this fall, Bieter said.
