Florida Universities Improve In U.S. News Rankings

The University of Miami fell six spots, but the four largest public universities improved their rankings this year.

The new U.S. News and World Report college rankings are out, and there’s good news for Florida’s public universities. Although none made the top 50, the state’s four highest ranked public universities – the University of Florida, Florida State University, the University of South Florida and the University of Central Florida — all climbed this year.
