Bush: Arizona Should Learn From Florida’s Experience on Education

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush says Arizona should adopt Florida’s education reforms, including automatically raising standards and encouraging more students to take the PSAT and Advanced Placement courses.

The exchange of K-12 reform ideas between Arizona and Florida has been especially productive in both directions.

Arizona policymakers should continue to push the reform and innovation in education in order to ensure each child receives a high-quality education customized to meet their individual needs.

Floridians have Arizona to thank for one of its successful K-12 reforms: scholarship tax credits.
